Small Flat Die Pellet Mill: Meet Two Requirements for Production!

As long as the following two core requirements are met, the equipment can be put into production quickly upon arrival:

1. Raw Material Compatibility - Determines whether it can be put into production immediately.

· Ideal Raw Materials: Dry materials (such as sawdust and wood flour) that have been crushed to 3-5mm in diameter, with a moisture content of ≤15%, and can be directly pressed without pretreatment.

· Required Raw Materials: Raw materials containing crude fiber (such as straw and wood chips) or with a moisture content greater than 20% require grinding/drying equipment; otherwise, proper discharge will not occur.

2. Power and Infrastructure - Ensure Stable Operation

· Power Requirements: Motor voltage can be customized.

· Site Preparation: Hardened ground, good ventilation, and a reserved raw material storage area (minimum 30 square meters).
