Horizontal Log Splitter
The wood splitting machine is specially used for biomass pellet production line. It is mainly used to split and cutting the tree stump and timber before crushing and pelletizing.
Due to the limitations of the size of the wood crusher inlet, when we adopt a wood splitter, it is economic than using a bigger size of wood crusher.

Why do we need wood splitter?
The tree stump is big and of irregular shape, always mixed with sand and stone. If cutting with traditional saw blade, it will broken the blade. Also, the capacity of pellet plant is increasing, the saw blade is not enough to meet the needs. That’s why we need the log splitter nowadays.
Which materials does the wood splitting machine for?
The main raw material for wood splitting machine are small diameter wood, timber harvesting, processing residues (such as branches, twigs, skins, slats, log core, waste veneer, etc.), can also be used to cut the non-wood raw materials (such as sugar cane, reeds, bamboo, etc.).
