3. Raw Materials: Clay, Fly Ash, mud and other Additive

4. Whole project include with raw material preparation, mixing, granulation, calcination process, cooling & sizing screening, packing, etc.
4.1 Raw Material Preparation Process including crusher, dryer, screener, mill, conveyor, daily bin, weighting scale and etc.
4.2 Mixing Process including mixer, conveyor, water system and etc.
4.3 Granulation Process including granulator, shaper, screener, conveyor and etc.
4.4 Calcination Process including rotary dryer, rotary kiln, HFO burner, combustion air fan and induce draft fan, refractory, insulation, conveyor, and etc.
4.5 Cooling and Size Screening Process including cooler, screener, conveyor, weighing scale and etc
4.6 Dust collector for whole process including bag filter, separator or multi-cyclone, air compressor, pneumatic control, ducting and ducting supports, blower, stack and etc.
