Romania Customer 1.2t / h pellet production line

The client visit Yufchina on July, he tested the machine and satisfy the efficiency and machine quality. He also visits the production workshop and learn more about Yufchina.





The exclusive production line design

The raw material is sawdust, straw, and other biomass. The production line conclude crusher, dryer, pellet making section, cooling section, package machine, etc. It is with automatic operation, 2-3 workers, low working strength, no need to train.





The pellet making section need 2 sets flat die pellet machine, the single machine capacity is 400—500kg/h, two machine capacity is 1200kg/h. It is with small capacity, but with full machine.





According to different raw material size, engineer design two sets of crusher(hammer crusher and multifunction crusher) to meet the crushing of different raw material. It is also equipped with rotary dryer, cooling machine, automatic package machine, conveyor, etc.

















20 working days delivery time

The delivery time is 20 working days. Time is profit to client, so yufchina produce the machine well in the shortest time.
After all the equipment produced well, client ask his china friend to inspect and test the machine and assure no problem, then deliver the goods. It is the guarantee to clients.
